Dollhouse Miniatures Professionals – 5 More That I Admire.

In the profession of dollhouse miniatures artists, there sure are a lot of people in this world that I admire.

They have this professional level on crafting miniatures or dollhouses that is beyond my league and always will be. But I can keep on dreaming, right? 🙂

Today is all about enjoying these superb pictures of the work of professional miniaturists that are unique for the niche that they are in.

You also might want to take a look at the other blog post I wrote about my favorites.

So let’s go!

Miniature Artist Number 1: ConnyMiniatures.

This shop sells miniature trunks.

Some more info about this shop.

Conny van den Dungen went to the Kensington dollhouse festival in Londen and received the second price from the public last September.

The miniature trunk that she won this price with, was this beautiful red one in the picture below. As it was the first time that she participated, it was a real boost.

All the mini trunks are on a scale of 1:12 and are high-end collector’s items.

The box consists of an inner and outer box made of wood. It is finished with a monogram and all corners are protected by leather bumpers. Nailed with countless brass nails. It is also protected by brass corners and locks that close the trunk.

This miniaturist also has her own blog here.

Overall Rank.

This is obviously 5 stars.

Some more info about this shop.

If you have Instagram, go have a look at her page here, it is very expanded with pictures of her work.

Goshia Suchodolska is a true artist in the dollhouse miniatures world. She is from Poland and she can make magic happen with the use of clay.

Her miniature fruit, pies, flowers or dishes all look like they are ready to eat and are so life-like. It is hard to believe that these are made from clay.

Because of her work as an English teacher, she gets quite busy during school hours, but in the holidays she has more time to work on her glorious miniatures. At least two hours per day and more in the weekends and holidays, she spends on them, with a little help from her teenage girls 🙂

She participated in a lot of dollhouse exhibitions around the world, from Chicago to London and others.

Gosia also does custom work!

  1. Hey,

I can only admire all those creative, fine, genius designers of those mini-things. These people must be very resistant to stress and have a steady hand to get this done!

In addition, it is normal that such gadgets are worth a lot of money (given the time and patience the designers spend on them). If you look at the images you would think you are looking at a large specimen…

Model building of planes, boats, cars are of a much simpler class (without wanting to offend others here!). As there is hype for “Swarovski crystals” there could even be a group of collectors for this. A formidable competitor!

    With best regards,

  2. Quick question, are these for dollhouses? if so then it is something I will recommend to my aunties. They have nieces that I know will appreciate this. These miniatures look very cool. I did not know that it was possible to do that. People are very creative these days. Thank you for this article, I will be sure to pass it around.

    • Hi Daniel,

Yes, off course, these are miniatures on a scale of 1:12, they would fit into the most common dollhouses on the market 😉

      Thanks for passing it around!

  3. Oh my word, I just love these miniatures, and I can’t believe people can craft such beautiful and delicate things. It must take a lot of time and I don’t think something like this can be priced as so much time and love is put into making it.

If I could make something like this I wouldn’t want to part with it. I love the miniature alcohol cabinet.
